Support
Remlo is made by one person. Write to me@vasf.io and that person answers. There is no ticket queue and no bot in front of the mailbox.
What to include
Four lines get you a real answer instead of a question back:
- Your device and system version, for example “iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 26.1” or “MacBook Air M2, macOS 26.1”.
- The Remlo version. TestFlight shows it on Remlo’s page while the app is in beta, and the App Store shows it in the listing.
- What you did, and what happened instead of what you expected.
- A screenshot, if the thing can be seen.
If it is about a purchase, say whether it was the yearly plan or lifetime, and which Apple Account you bought with. Do not send a receipt with your full address on it. It is not needed.
Where your data lives
On your device, and in your own iCloud account. There is no Remlo account and no Remlo server holding your notes, which is why sync problems are almost always an iCloud sign-in or a connection, and why a deleted note can only come back from a backup. The privacy policy has the full picture.
Restoring a purchase
Open Settings, Remlo Pro, and press Restore. Remlo asks Apple which purchases belong to the Apple Account signed in on that device and unlocks the app again. A new device, a reinstall, or a reset all end the same way: Restore.
If Restore finds nothing, check that the device is signed in to the Apple Account you bought with. A purchase follows the Apple Account that made it, onto every device signed in to that account.
Managing or cancelling the subscription
Settings, Remlo Pro, Manage opens the right place. It goes to your Apple Account subscription settings, on iPhone and iPad inside the App Store, and on the Mac at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge, and you keep Remlo until that period is over. The trial is 7 days and can be cancelled the same way. Refunds come from Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Lifetime has nothing to cancel.
Beta and what changed
Remlo is in beta, and builds land often. One email a month says what shipped, what broke, and what is next. Join it from the beta signup, and unsubscribe from any of those emails when you have had enough.
Common support questions
How do I get help with Remlo?
Email me@vasf.io. Remlo is made by one person, Vas, and that person answers the mail. Include your device, the Remlo version, and what happened, and the first reply is usually the useful one.
I bought Remlo and it is asking me to buy it again. What do I do?
Open Settings, Remlo Pro, and press Restore. That asks Apple for the purchases made with your Apple Account and brings the unlock back. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your Apple Account subscription settings, on your device or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends and you will not be charged again. You keep Remlo until the period you paid for runs out.
A note did not sync between my devices. What now?
Check that both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive on, and that both have a connection. Remlo syncs through your own iCloud, so nothing is waiting on a Remlo server. If a note is still missing after that, email me@vasf.io with both device names and roughly when you wrote it.
Can I get my notes out of Remlo?
Yes. Settings has "Export notes for AI", which writes every note into one Markdown file wherever you choose to save it. It is plain text, readable by anything.
I deleted a note by mistake. Can it come back?
Only from a backup. Remlo keeps no copy outside your device and your iCloud, so there is no server-side trash for us to dig through. An iCloud or Time Machine backup from before the deletion is the way back.
How do I ask for a feature or report a bug?
Email me@vasf.io. Small bugs are often fixed in the next beta build. Feature requests are read and kept, and the monthly email says what shipped.
Stay in the loop.
Leave your email for the beta, the $19 a year launch price, and one honest note a month about what changed.
